Data Gathering & List Compilation

Have a campaign in mind but are unsure whether you current leads will allow for success? Add to your list of leads through the collection of qualified contacts.

Why buy a large list where but a small percentage of the contacts may be of use to you?  By discussing who your target audience is, we can pinpoint data sources that meet your needs. We can grab the information you need and cross-reference it with your existing data to avoid duplication. The result is a clean qualified list of contacts.

Additionally, we can discuss ways for you to build on your existing list or create new lists through various marketing methods such as establishing a newsletter collection tool through your website.  We do all the work and so you can achieve results.

We also do non-commercial data gathering and list compilation.  For it's Centennial celebration, the  Limoges (Ontario) parish produced a historical book on the families and events of their parish.  There was also the desire to document the people who rested in their cemetery along with the location of their monuments.  We got together with the book committee and offered to not only catalogue every tombstone in their cemetery (along with all information on each stone) but also incorporated all the information on every death from the churches registry.  This required modern tools to match documented data (from the registries) with physical information (names and dates on tombstones).  The result was a comprehensive list of every deceased person in that community along with tombstone locations.  Below is a picture of the book cover and sample page containing the data.  Click on the images to enlarge.
